Nexton Infotech provides IT staffing and bench sales services, including resume marketing, bench sales recruitment, job matching, interview coordination, vendor network support, and onboarding assistance across technology areas such as Java Full Stack, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Salesforce, SAP, AWS & Cloud, DevOps, QA Automation, Cyber Security, and AI & Machine Learning. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, placement, employment, or any specific outcome from use of our Services.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

If you engage us as a candidate, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your identity, work authorization, resume, and skills; to promptly notify us of any changes to that information; and to remain reasonably responsive during active marketing, submission, and interview coordination.

5. Client & Vendor Responsibilities

Clients and vendor partners who engage us agree to provide accurate job requirements and to communicate in good faith regarding candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback.

6. Fees

Certain Services, such as resume/profile marketing and bench sales support, may involve a fee payable by the candidate. Where a fee applies, the amount and payment terms will be communicated to and agreed with you separately before the Service begins. We reserve the right to modify our pricing for future engagements at any time.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Decisions to interview, extend an offer, or hire rest solely with the client or vendor. Nexton Infotech does not guarantee employment, placement, income, or any specific outcome as a result of using our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Nexton Infotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of exploring our Services, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to us, our clients, or our vendor partners.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or upload malicious code.
  • Harass or engage in abusive conduct toward our staff, clients, or vendor partners.

10. Confidentiality

We treat resumes, job requirement details, and other information shared with us as confidential, and we share such information only as needed to pursue the specific staffing or placement purpose described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Vendor Network

Our vendor and client network consists of independent third parties. We are not responsible for their employment practices, decisions, or the terms of any engagement they offer to you directly.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexton Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost income, employment opportunities, or earnings, arising from your use of the Site or our Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexton Infotech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, our clients, or other users.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
